The most powerful spiritual and healing weapons to overcome fear
Not through great works, great deeds and great actions, but through Faith and Grace sayeth the Lord.
Oh My Lord, make me an instrument of your Peace, where there is hatred, Let me sow Love, where there is injury, pardon, where there is discord, union, where there is doubt, faith, where there is despair, hope, where there is darkness, light and where there is sadness, joy.
Oh Devine Master, grant that I do not so much seek to be consoled, as to console, to be understood as to understand, to be loved as to love. For it is in the giving that we receive, it is in the pardoning that we are pardoned, and it is in the dying that we are born to eternal life.

THE GREAT COMMANDMENT (This is all religion the Philosophia Perennis in a nutshell)
To Love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and all thy soul, and all thy strength, and all thy mind, and to love thy neighbour as thyself.
ACTION:
It is fear that binds and it is love that sets us free. Fear effectively shuts down the cerebral cortex, the brain’s centre for reasoning and judgment, it is the area that becomes impaired when the amygdala senses fear. The ability to think and reason decreases as time goes on, so thinking about the next best move in a crisis can be a hard thing to do. Some people even experience feelings of time slowing down, tunnel vision, or feeling like what is happening is not real. These dissociative symptoms can make it hard to stay grounded and logical in dangerous situations.
We overcome fear with Love, with prayer, with meditation, by gathering together in community and sharing, through music, art, joy, laughter, dancing, singing, eating good food, good company, I could of course continue but I think you get it. These are all the things currently under attack.
Do not succumb to the Feardemic, be Fearless.
Arise, Awaken and smell the Elderberries.
